Hey fam! My name in Rachelle and I’m excited to share my passion of being active with you. After swimming in college, being strong and moving my body has been always been priority. I got my NASM certification as a part time opportunity and quickly realized how important it was to me. I love trying new workouts, sports and anything to keep my body moving all while seeing how I can translate that to clients. I love helping others realize and reach their fitness potential, whatever that might be, and achieving that healthier lifestyle that brought you through our doors. We all face setbacks and navigate bumps on the road, I want to help you work through those at a level that pushes you and produces consistent outcomes.
