Brooke Demers

Brooke has always loved moving her body—partly for stress relief, partly to prove she can do hard things, and mostly because working out with a community makes everything more fun. She got her 200-hour yoga certification in 2019 but never taught (thanks, pandemic) and finally became an NASM-certified group fitness instructor in 2025. By day, she’s a project manager, but she’s way more excited to be here, helping others challenge themselves and actually enjoy working out.
