Personal Training

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been drawn to anything active. I was always running, dancing, or tumbling around. I got my first weight bench at age 14 and have been lifting ever since. I was on the dance team in high school and college and also got into gymnastics and circus arts. 

I decided to combine my love of fitness with my passion for helping people improve their quality of life. I specialize in functional training, rehabilitation, and flexibility/mobility. I’ve been a personal trainer for 17+ years and am always looking to expand my knowledge and skill set. I’m also a certified yoga instructor and certified massage therapist specializing in clinical deep tissue.
